Key Milestones - 9 Months and 100 Projects

Since our foundation, we have worked for a variety of clients and covered a wide range of projects. As we approach 9 months of trading and reach 100 projects, we highlight the variety of projects that we have worked on. They include:

  • Town centre living in Crewe;

  • A hotel in Manchester City Centre;

  • Paddle tennis in Glasgow;

  • Social housing in Preston and Nottingham;

  • Agricultural development in Lancashire;

  • Roadside advertising schemes across the UK;

  • A range of small to medium residential projects for private sector clients;

  • Storage & distribution sites in the Northwest and Yorkshire;

  • Discount food retail in Merseyside and the West Midlands;

  • Science park development;

  • Roadside coffee and fastfood in Surrey;

  • Community sports facilities in Trafford;

  • Reinvigorating retail parks;

  • Strategic residential sites in Cheshire East, Knowsley, Rochdale, Cumbria and elsewhere;

  • A school in Stockport;

  • Hospital car parking and management in Wirral; and

  • Town Centre regeneration in Huyton.

All of our projects have been delivered to programme and we are now seeing planning applications being determined positively. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients, fellow consultants and other contacts for making the first 9 months of Astute a success.
