While working at SLR, Phil and Oliver supported Mace Group on behalf of the Department for Education gain prior notification application approval for a proposed secondary school development at Wavertree Technology Park, Liverpool. The school is proposed to accommodate 1,050 school pupils aged 11-16.
Clatterbridge Hospital

While working at SLR, Phil supported Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (WUTH) gain detailed planning consents for a new theatre complex (two phases) and a community diagnostics centre at Clatterbridge Hospital.
The Olive Primary School
Bolton, Greater Manchester
Phil supported Cushman & Wakefield and the Department for Education to gain temporary planning approval to extend the change of use of Ashton House in Bolton from office to education. This allowed The Olive Primary School, which is state funded, to secure the use of the building for a further period before the school moves to their permanent premises within the next two years.
