While working at SLR, Richard supported Gleeson Homes’ detailed planning application for a residential development of 80 dwellings on land to the west of Kingmoor Road in Carlisle, known as Deer Park.

Oliver supported Wain Estates in the submission of a planning application for a residential-led development in Sandbach, comprising circa 160 dwellings, a later-living facility and community uses.
